Apr\u00e8s 7 ann\u00e9es, cette immersion a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience unique que nous souhaitons partager \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie d\u2019articles d\u00e9di\u00e9s.&nbsp;Pourquoi cette s\u00e9rie ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-afb27bd511075f15507801fdeed1f408\" style=\"color:#546a7b\">Parce que l\u2019innovation, pour \u00eatre utile, ne peut \u00eatre pens\u00e9e sans les soignants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-af931c8e9c692ebe3af5261c1670c7ad\" style=\"color:#546a7b\">Parce que ces ann\u00e9es d\u2019<strong>#immersion<\/strong> nous ont montr\u00e9 que les id\u00e9es du terrain, lorsqu\u2019elles sont accompagn\u00e9es, deviennent des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes au service de tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b0250e64ac856c5114f7deaa330141db\" style=\"color:#546a7b\">Dans <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.lallianse.com\/index.php\/serie-immersion-hospitaliere-article-1\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/blog.lallianse.com\/index.php\/serie-immersion-hospitaliere-article-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le 1er article<\/a><\/strong> nous revenons sur la gen\u00e8se de cette id\u00e9e un peu folle :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7d045743e2da52a1a8b6cbe4a4e954d8\" style=\"color:#546a7b\">&#8211; Comment cette immersion a ouvert un dialogue in\u00e9dit entre soignants \/ direction hospitali\u00e8re et accompagnateur ?
