LallianSe invites you to embark on a new expedition: webinars exploring the major stages of the financial trajectory of health companies.
🎯 The goal? To provide a compass to navigate these times of uncertainty, questioning, and adaptation. Each episode will draw on the experience of the ecosystem—entrepreneurs, investors, experts—to steer the right equation: the right dynamics, with the right people, at the right time.
Episode 2 – Building your financing plan without (too much) failure: how to build a coherent financial roadmap?
Or how to anticipate your needs without jeopardizing your growth?
For this second episode, we focus on building a coherent, realistic, and attractive financing plan, while avoiding common pitfalls.
With a multifaceted duo that has been working together for 10 years:
What if the loneliness of a leader were transformed into a collective experience?
Leading (very) often means smiling on the surface and doubting in silence. Leading means carrying the vision… without always having the space to express it. What if we reversed the perspective?
At #LallianSe, we open spaces, designed by and for leaders, to freely exchange ideas and inspire collectively.
To kick things off, we are honored to welcome ERRARD Patrick, who will offer us a philosophical and inspiring introduction on happiness at work. This will be followed by debates and dialogues with the #PulseKeepers – these discussion leaders:Mehdi Chelbi & Gilles Litman.
Are you a #CEO of a #healthech company and would you like to join us?
📍Tuesday, July 1st – 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM – In-person (Paris) 🎟️ By registration only: contact@lallianse.com
Not available on July 1st? The next one will take place at the end of September… stay tuned!

Episode 1 – Equity Story: Which investment thesis for which investors?
Using the concrete example of Fabentech, we will explore how to structure an equity story that is credible, effective, and efficient in the eyes of investors.
An inspiring and interactive discussion, designed for leaders and managers in the healthcare sector.
Being the #CEO of a company is already a challenge. Raising funds is even more so. So when it comes to building the #equitystory, it’s best not to be alone…
Thanks to Sébastien IVA, Fabentech CEO for his transparency and feedback during this first episode of our webinar series, enriched by Julie, shared perspectives and support, where strategic co-construction takes on its full meaning: how to develop a vision that is credible, effective, and efficient?
– Having a clear vision of your destination is essential, while accepting that the path to get there can sometimes be winding.
– Surrounding yourself with the right people and building solid governance helps you stay on track—by bringing all stakeholders on board.
– Finally, it’s crucial to remain consistent and transparent: say what you do, do what you say… and keep in mind that every statement can have a long-term impact.
And because we love useful content, we’ve prepared a short deliverable based on 5 questions that investors always (or almost always) ask. Contact us to receive it: contact@lallianse.com
See you on July 11th for our next webinar. Stay tuned!
📢 Calling for #Medtech#CEOs – step into the conversation !
Between regulatory fibrillations & financing headaches, we are facing similar storms and challenges. Leading a Medtech company today means more than just keeping the heart of your company beating – it’s a combination of vision, resilience and strategy.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with Goodwin France to launch an exclusive #CEOonly morning coffee : a conversation space by and for Medtech CEOs. On the agenda :
Because entrepreneurship also means knowing how to improvise, during this evening we explored 5 themes that reflect the challenges of the world of innovation. And… here we go for 5 weeks of sharing thoughts!
Today, focus #𝟏: How to mess up your pitch?
Pitching… and missing the mark. A classic, right?! We’ve all seen – or experienced – those moments when the innovation is there, the investment thesis is robust, but the message doesn’t get across. Too many details, no emotion, stress, a story that doesn’t take off… and the opportunity that slips away. Is it a science?! Is it an art?!
At LallianSe, we not only support the construction of the investment thesis, but also the art of putting it to music. Because convincing isn’t just about lining up numbers and facts. It’s about creating an impulse, a dynamic, a spark that will make them want to follow & contribute to the adventure.
❓And you, what do you think? Science? Art? What’s the worst mistake to avoid in a pitch?!
Don’t stray far, the other 4 themes are coming soon!
During this evening, we explored themes that remind us that innovation also means knowing how to improvise. Five challenges, five themes, five thoughts.
Today, focus #2: after-sales service, hello?
Who has never had to deal with a “breakdown”? A challenge, a doubt, an unforeseen obstacle… it happens to everyone.
At LallianSe, we try to transform these uncertainties into learning levers, into experiences. This is what gave birth to the #Embûches de l’Innovation, a series of testimonies on the difficulties encountered and the challenges transformed into opportunities.
SAV is also this: questioning, challenging, readapting. Everything that seems negotiated, everything that seems acquired… is always debatable. Reflecting, revising, reviewing. Adapting, reinventing, and sometimes rebuilding. These are essential steps to move forward (not too often either…!). But just remember that nothing is fixed and that it is always possible to bounce back (resilience, are you there?).
🔄 And you, how do you manage “breakdowns” in your projects? Share your tips or experiences in the comments!
Stay connected, we will soon share the other 3…..
The evening allowed us to dissect five essential themes for understanding the challenges and opportunities of innovation.
Today, focus #3: Welcome to the Startup Academy!
Having an idea is good – being supported is better. Good ideas deserve good mentors to take them further.
Even more, it is access to the experience of others, sharing and mentoring that make all the difference. Everything that you can’t find in a manual, but that you learn from the “experts” who have experienced it and who know what they are talking about.
Learn, experiment, train: what could be better than being surrounded by those who have already taken the winding paths of entrepreneurship? It is these interactions with entrepreneurs and experts that allow you to accelerate your thinking, avoid mistakes and ultimately give yourself every chance of success.
And you, what have you learned the most in your career? Is it a mentor, a shared experience, or specific training? Share your insights in the comments!
Stay connected, the latest other themes are coming soon…
L’impro de la Valo #2 allowed us to delve into key themes of innovation.
Today, focus #4: Eureka! And now who pays?!
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK… when financial reality knocks on the door, and that moment when the brilliant idea collides with a much more pragmatic reality: that of economic viability and financing. A great idea, no matter how bold, requires a solid business model. At LallianSe, we support project leaders to build a robust investment thesis, so that ideas come to life… and reach the market.
But the question that arises is much broader: who will pay for this innovation to benefit patients, the healthcare system? Because financing innovation is good, but agreeing to pay when innovation has a direct impact on the health and well-being of patients is even better, and market access remains a critical issue.
So, how can we work intelligently on this issue? How can we ensure that innovation truly benefits patients, while remaining viable for the healthcare system, healthcare stakeholders and investors? It’s about aligning everyone’s interests and preparing the ground for market adoption. This involves in-depth work with investors, institutions and, first and foremost, industry players.
Shall we discuss this together during a series of webinars in the spring? We’re preparing an exchange for you to decipher these issues, share best practices and key questions.
Would you like to be added to the guest list?
Stay connected for the latest theme to come…
And at last but not least, this theme which transformed the stage into a saloon… Thank you Hélène Chausson for this one!
Today, focus #5: Investors wanted (in the style of a western)
In the ruthless world of innovation, one might think of a duel between entrepreneur and investor, where you have to draw your pitch faster than your shadow to convince the venture capital sheriff. But is this really the right scenario?
The investment gold rush is far from being a zero-sum game. Pioneers and gold seekers explore a vast and uncertain territory. Because behind the gold, there are a thousand realities: a promising vein? A rare nugget? 24, 18 or 14 carats? A complex alloy? Investing is knowing how to distinguish the sparkle from the mirage.
At LallianSe, we help entrepreneurs map their territory, identify their true wealth and value and structure their approach so that their project is not just a mirage in the desert, but a controlled conquest.
This concludes this behind-the-scenes look at innovation. Five themes, five angles to decipher together the challenges of financing, valuation and pitching.
We love turning pitfalls into opportunities and sharing these thoughts with you. So, are you ready to build – and not just improvise! – the future together?
In a constantly changing environment, how can we innovate while creating value?
In a sector that is constantly changing, innovation is not enough: we must also overcome market challenges, build strategic collaborations and effectively manage change. How can we transform obstacles into growth levers? What are the concrete challenges of health innovation?
Energy, sincerity, and enthusiasm highlighted your rich, atypical, and diverse career path, highlighting leadership and innovation.
Some key #takeaways for a successful professional and entrepreneurial journey:
#Values: Uncompromising values and alignment between the individual and the organization are critical.
#Pragmatism: Having your feet on the ground and an understanding of the field to build trust is essential.
#Agility: Being willing to navigate diverse, complex, and multicultural projects with flexibility and an open-mindedness is crucial.
#Support: You need support and the time to reflect (especially when you’re short on time)!
During this exclusive webinar, Emmanuelle Quilès will share her experience and learnings in leadership and innovation in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.
With a rich career in large companies and innovative initiatives, she will look back on the challenges she has encountered, particularly in terms of market access and adoption of innovation.
She will also give us her perspective on collaboration between startups and large groups: what synergies are possible? How can we build sustainable and winning partnerships?
An inspiring and interactive exchange, designed for CEOs, managers and executives in the health/pharmaceutical sector.

Execute a good equity story to bring the right investors on board?
Because you never get a second chance to make a good first impression (David Swanson), this webinar will address 2 key areas to deliver the right #equitystory, by 2 LallianSe Experts since 2016:
🌟 Stéphane Milot : outsourced CFO, Stéphane focuses on #financing, with more than €40 million raised since 2011. He will speak on a mechanism that is always discussed, often neglected and almost systematically misunderstood, with a useful reflection: key person insurance.
🌟 Olivier Favre-Bulle : #CMC director and sometimes also in operations management, Olivier anchors his added value through an understanding of early stage issues for biotechs while integrating the perspective of company development. He will speak on the importance of implementing a robust CMC strategy from the earliest phases.
🌟 Julie Rachline : LallianSe CEO with a dual role as entrepreneur and ex-investor, Julie supports the structuring of the equity story to map out the tailor-made development path, bringing together the ambition of managers and the expectations of investors. She will present a concrete example of a combined intervention with Stéphane and Olivier.
