Because entrepreneurship also means knowing how to improvise, during this evening we explored 5 themes that reflect the challenges of the world of innovation. And… here we go for 5 weeks of sharing thoughts!

Today, focus #𝟏: How to mess up your pitch?
Pitching… and missing the mark. A classic, right?! We’ve all seen – or experienced – those moments when the innovation is there, the investment thesis is robust, but the message doesn’t get across. Too many details, no emotion, stress, a story that doesn’t take off… and the opportunity that slips away. Is it a science?! Is it an art?!
At LallianSe, we not only support the construction of the investment thesis, but also the art of putting it to music. Because convincing isn’t just about lining up numbers and facts. It’s about creating an impulse, a dynamic, a spark that will make them want to follow & contribute to the adventure.
❓And you, what do you think? Science? Art? What’s the worst mistake to avoid in a pitch?!
Don’t stray far, the other 4 themes are coming soon!
During this evening, we explored themes that remind us that innovation also means knowing how to improvise. Five challenges, five themes, five thoughts.

Today, focus #2: after-sales service, hello?
Who has never had to deal with a “breakdown”? A challenge, a doubt, an unforeseen obstacle… it happens to everyone.
At LallianSe, we try to transform these uncertainties into learning levers, into experiences. This is what gave birth to the #EmbĂ»ches de l’Innovation, a series of testimonies on the difficulties encountered and the challenges transformed into opportunities.
SAV is also this: questioning, challenging, readapting. Everything that seems negotiated, everything that seems acquired… is always debatable. Reflecting, revising, reviewing. Adapting, reinventing, and sometimes rebuilding. These are essential steps to move forward (not too often either…!). But just remember that nothing is fixed and that it is always possible to bounce back (resilience, are you there?).
🔄 And you, how do you manage “breakdowns” in your projects? Share your tips or experiences in the comments!
Stay connected, we will soon share the other 3…..
The evening allowed us to dissect five essential themes for understanding the challenges and opportunities of innovation.

Today, focus #3: Welcome to the Startup Academy!
Having an idea is good – being supported is better. Good ideas deserve good mentors to take them further.
At LallianSe, we believe that learning comes first and foremost through sharing and exchange. This is why, thanks to #partnerships with programs such as the BioLaunchpad of the Imagine Institute, the #DUGBM of the Faculté de santé Sorbonne Université, or training courses in particular for the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale or schools such as the Université Grenoble Alpes, l’ESCP Business School, we contribute to the training of future entrepreneurs.
Even more, it is access to the experience of others, sharing and mentoring that make all the difference. Everything that you can’t find in a manual, but that you learn from the “experts” who have experienced it and who know what they are talking about.
Learn, experiment, train: what could be better than being surrounded by those who have already taken the winding paths of entrepreneurship? It is these interactions with entrepreneurs and experts that allow you to accelerate your thinking, avoid mistakes and ultimately give yourself every chance of success.
And you, what have you learned the most in your career? Is it a mentor, a shared experience, or specific training? Share your insights in the comments!

L’impro de la Valo #2 allowed us to delve into key themes of innovation.

Today, focus #4: Eureka! And now who pays?!
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK… when financial reality knocks on the door, and that moment when the brilliant idea collides with a much more pragmatic reality: that of economic viability and financing. A great idea, no matter how bold, requires a solid business model. At LallianSe, we support project leaders to build a robust investment thesis, so that ideas come to life… and reach the market.
But the question that arises is much broader: who will pay for this innovation to benefit patients, the healthcare system? Because financing innovation is good, but agreeing to pay when innovation has a direct impact on the health and well-being of patients is even better, and market access remains a critical issue.
So, how can we work intelligently on this issue? How can we ensure that innovation truly benefits patients, while remaining viable for the healthcare system, healthcare stakeholders and investors? It’s about aligning everyone’s interests and preparing the ground for market adoption. This involves in-depth work with investors, institutions and, first and foremost, industry players.
Shall we discuss this together during a series of webinars in the spring? We’re preparing an exchange for you to decipher these issues, share best practices and key questions.

And at last but not least, this theme which transformed the stage into a saloon… Thank you HĂ©lène Chausson for this one!

Today, focus #5: Investors wanted (in the style of a western)
In the ruthless world of innovation, one might think of a duel between entrepreneur and investor, where you have to draw your pitch faster than your shadow to convince the venture capital sheriff. But is this really the right scenario?
The investment gold rush is far from being a zero-sum game. Pioneers and gold seekers explore a vast and uncertain territory. Because behind the gold, there are a thousand realities: a promising vein? A rare nugget? 24, 18 or 14 carats? A complex alloy? Investing is knowing how to distinguish the sparkle from the mirage.
At LallianSe, we help entrepreneurs map their territory, identify their true wealth and value and structure their approach so that their project is not just a mirage in the desert, but a controlled conquest.
This concludes this behind-the-scenes look at innovation. Five themes, five angles to decipher together the challenges of financing, valuation and pitching.
We love turning pitfalls into opportunities and sharing these thoughts with you. So, are you ready to build – and not just improvise! – the future together?
