Our team : Vincent Montlahuc, CFO

  1. Who are you and what was your journey to your LallianSe adventure ?

Supaero engineer by training, so far my entire career has been focused on financial departments: 10 years of audit at Mazars, 10 years of consulting in my own structure (€ 1.5m turnover) with departments financial and general (organization, financial audits, promotion of projects, companies, brands, internal control, business plans); 7 years as CFO of the Korian group (1.500 M € turnover), group of retirement homes management and follow-up care establishments; 3 years as general secretary of the Plasseraud group, industrial property attorney. Since 2019, I have been Deputy Managing Director of the ESL & Network group, business intelligence consultancy.

  1. Why did you join the adventure?

I joined LallianSe because I like entrepreneurial projects in which there can be human and organizational challenges I love to get involved with and bring my added-value and experience.

  1. Can you give us examples of your daily responsibilities?

I have no daily responsibilities, but I try to bring an outside look and some advice on the financial monitoring of structures, the development of a budget, a strategic plan, and resolve operational challenges.

  1. What are the factors that make your collaboration with LallianSe a success?

LallianSe is a small structure and therefore the main factor to me is first-of-all the good understanding between each stakeholder. Then the other factor is that my advice or my intervention would be useful and positive. The day it will no longer the case, I will stop.

In 3 words : Analytical, sincere and rigorous.
