In November, LallianSe continued its #MoneyQuest webinar series with a new episode co-hosted by Thierry Sarda(CEO eMyosound & member APIA).
A key theme in the development and articulation of investment theses: #governance, and in particular the #board – far beyond a mere obligation, it’s a crucial lever for value creation! A true accelerator or a hindrance, how do you build an effective board? What does an effective board even mean? How do you organize it to serve the company’s best interests? How do you compose it, keep it active, and manage it effectively?
Dialogue, feedback, and key questions to consider are on the agenda for this 5th episode (already!).

#LImprodelaValo 3rd edition : an event not to be missed!
Remember the concept launched two years ago: theatrical improvisation matches focused on the challenges of promoting research and innovation in healthcare, where three teams face off… but with a twist: each player doesn’t play themselves! December marked the launch of the 3rd edition of “L’Impro de la Valo,” an event conceived in partnership with the Curie Institute and the Pasteur Institute. The presentation of the nine players laid the groundwork for this original format, blending promotion, collective intelligence, and improvisation.

What incredible energy at #MedTechMalta2025! Congratulations to our #ExperteLallianSe Emmanuelle Deponge, who coordinated the interactions, particularly during this Laureates’ Day – combining early development stages, #IP, and transfer strategy. These are key issues at the heart of our mission as a #Healthcare Integrator.

Forum Biotechno PARIS 2025
In her dual role as #CEO and #Director of the DU GBM – Génie Biologique et Médical Julie participated in the roundtable discussion « From Bench to Boardroom : the CEO Journey », organized by the Réseau Biotechno. A great opportunity to share with #PhD students and young researchers a few perspectives on entrepreneurship, challenges and try to convince them to join the innovative environnement !
Together with Thierry Godelle and Xavier Duportet, founder & CEO Eligo Bioscience, under Victor Kreis ‘s moderation, Réseau Biotechno’s president, Julie shared insights of a CEO journey. Some take aways ?

Finally, in keeping with our commitment and with the aim of promoting initiatives from the field, we are pleased to highlight concrete achievements, share feedback and introduce those who work daily to improve care.
When healthcare professionals’ ideas become concrete solutions!
Giving healthcare professionals the resources and time to innovate in a tangible way for the benefit of patients and the hospital. Many talk about it, few have actually done it! This is what we initiated with the #ChallengeInnovation, which has been running within the APHP.Sorbonne University Hospital Group since 2017.
Following OB-E, the first project highlighted last fall, this time we’ve brought to light two more perfect examples:
– #Pikidou, conceived by Cécile Combes : a fun cactus-shaped toy at Armand-Trousseau Hospital to improve pediatric care.
– T-OUT, developed by Sandrine Bottius then Natasha Figueiredo : a digital escape game at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital to support the transition from pediatric to adult care.
How can we do even better to support, promote, and integrate innovation driven by healthcare professionals? That’s the question we’ll address in our next article.
