LallianSe invites you to embark on a new expedition: webinars to explore the major stages of a healthy company’s financial trajectory.
🎯 The goal? To provide a compass to navigate these times of uncertainty, questioning, and adaptation. Each episode will draw on the experience of the ecosystem—entrepreneurs, investors, experts—to steer the right equation: the right dynamics, with the right people, at the right time.
Episode 8 – Eureka, you’ve raised 5,10,50 M€… And now ?
Securing funding is a victory—but it’s just the beginning. €5, €10, €50 million in the bank… so what? Now you have to deliver and execute the roadmap and the equity story.
Rigour, discipline, and organization: qualities often presented as essential for delivering a roadmap. But in reality, how are they implemented on a daily basis? What adjustments does it require? And above all, what difficulties and lessons are involved?
Julien Hédou, CEO Surge, will share his experience in the 9th and final episode of season 1 of #MoneyQuest, at the intersection of financial health, operational coordination, and financial and operational reporting.
The objective of this webinar: Through dialogue and the sharing of successful experiences and trajectory adjustments, we will explore how to transition from a fundraising amount to effective and high-performing development, without skipping steps or wasting resources.

Episode 8 – Market access:
Securing Payers, Strategy, and Financing…in Parallel. Mission (Im)possible?
The question of market access is sometimes addressed late, once the product has been developed. Yet, when properly anticipated and integrated into the overall strategy, it can become a real driver of value creation, supporting development and the investment thesis.
How can market access issues be integrated even when the product is in its early stages of definition?
How can strategy, regulatory requirements, and payer expectations be aligned (while remaining investor-friendly)?
Can development, financing, and market access be secured…in parallel?
The objective of this webinar: Through examples—successful experiences as well as trajectory adjustments—we will explore how anticipating market access challenges can avoid strategic dead ends, strengthen a project’s credibility, and maximize its chances of success.

[#RoundTable] #Women’s Health: from research to market, which path(s)?
Half the population is affected and involved. Beyond the necessary definition of what #Femtech is, we focused on sharing, exploring, and highlighting the challenges and needs of translating excellent academic research, particularly from the Institut Cochin, into the availability of solutions and products that benefit patients—and more broadly, society!
Organized by Julie Rachline, former investor and serial entrepreneur, this event offers four complementary perspectives:
From her shy youth, through the #BrainTale adventure and the moment everything stopped, the moment of mourning, to the importance of creating “safe” spaces for leaders, Julie shares two key messages:
– The necessity of taking action, so as not to have regrets ; – Energy alone is not enough; it must be transformed into collective movement and energy.
A four-episode testimony that resonates particularly with what we experience every day at #LallianSe. Because working alongside those who are transforming healthcare is not just about integrating solutions or structuring pathways. It is also—and above all?!—about being and acting alongside those who bear the responsibility.

Episode 7 – Regulator – Public Health, Private Interests: Refine Your Health Strategy!
Or how to transform regulatory constraints into strategic advantages
Regulations are sometimes perceived as a constraint. Yet, when properly integrated and managed, they can become a true strategic lever, serving development, value creation, and the investment thesis.
How to integrate regulatory strategy from the earliest stages of a project,
How to align public health requirements with private interests,
Is it possible to secure development, investments, and market access—all at the same time?
The objective of this webinar: Through examples—successful experiences as well as course adjustments—we will explore how

3rd edition : January 26th 2026, at Institut Curie
The winning team of the SECOND edition is putting its title back on the line!
Join us for a unique theatrical improvisation match, where the promotion of research takes on a new dimension!
Same format: 3 teams of 3 candidates, formed in advance. Each team, composed of an Entrepreneur / Researcher, an Investor and a representative of a technology transfer organization – where each does not play their role – will compete in comparative improvisation around a point of negotiation of a letter of intent.
Between experience, fantasies and realities, the players will stage the funny situations – or less! – of the negotiations, divergences and perspectives that form the backstage of innovation and reveal the different points of view.
The winning team will be elected by applause, and the refereeing, according to the rules of theatrical improvisation, will allow the orchestration of an animation of approximately 1h15, punctuated by dynamic exchanges with the guests. The evening will continue around a friendly cocktail.
Stay tuned to discover every week the talents of #LImprodelaValo, where innovation and improvisation meet!
