3rd edition : January 26th 2026, at Institut Curie
The winning team of the SECOND edition is putting its title back on the line!
Join us for a unique theatrical improvisation match, where the promotion of research takes on a new dimension!
Same format: 3 teams of 3 candidates, formed in advance. Each team, composed of an Entrepreneur / Researcher, an Investor and a representative of a technology transfer organization – where each does not play their role – will compete in comparative improvisation around a point of negotiation of a letter of intent.
Between experience, fantasies and realities, the players will stage the funny situations – or less! – of the negotiations, divergences and perspectives that form the backstage of innovation and reveal the different points of view.
The winning team will be elected by applause, and the refereeing, according to the rules of theatrical improvisation, will allow the orchestration of an animation of approximately 1h15, punctuated by dynamic exchanges with the guests. The evening will continue around a friendly cocktail.

Inside the cage, amidst bursts of laughter, voting cards, penalties, the Curly Institute/Pastis Institute (take your pick), whistles, the return of the Marseilles accent, the police tablet, sharp strategy, and boundless creativity: 12 players, 3 captains, 2 MCs, and 1 referee brought to life a battle of innovation.
Whether they played in trios, duos, or even one-on-one against each other, a huge BRAVO to our players:
🎉 And what a final twist in an epic last round… A triumphant return for #teamverte, the winners of the previous edition, who retained their title hands down after a masterful performance.
Of course, thank you to our enthusiastic audience, who played along to the very end with their votes and infectious energy!
This week, we are pleased to introduce the next three players: Judith Aron-wisnewsky, physician-researcher and specialist in obesity and related diseases at AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris; François ROMANEIX, Senior partner at Truffle Capital and Graça Raposo, Research Director at the CNRS, head of the “Membrane Structure and Compartmentalization” team in the “Cell Biology and Cancer” unit, and also Director of Education at the Institut Curie.
Players from last year’s 2nd edition, Pauline de Breteuil (UI Investissement) andBenjamin Kammoun (Bpifrance) are returning this year in a new role: masters of ceremonies! They will electrify the atmosphere and guide the teams through the unexpected challenges of this edition.
Helene Chausson will once again be in the spotlight for the 3rd consecutive year, wearing her dual hats as referee and improvisation coach. With her unique expertise, Helene will guarantee rigor, impartiality, and an expert—and incorruptible—eye on the teams’ performances.
