The start of 2026 continues to reflect our momentum: collective, committed, and action-driven.
Between supporting CEOs, creating new spaces for exchange, sharing knowledge, and highlighting real-world challenges, these first three months illustrate our determination to help drive change in healthcare innovation.
#SUPPORTING
Supporting organizations also means supporting the people behind them.
A different perspective: looking back at JPM Week
The beginning of the year was marked by the unmissable JPM Week. Beyond meetings and discussions, this edition was an opportunity to step back—both literally and figuratively. Shifting perspectives, challenging assumptions, drawing inspiration from different approaches: in an uncertain context, the global ecosystem continues to show its determination to move forward.

#CEOonly 3 : learning from peers
Creating spaces for dialogue between decision-makers lies at the heart of our DNA. In February, a new edition of our #CEOonly gatherings welcomed an inspiring entrepreneur who shared his experience, journey, and vision: Steve Anavi co-founder and CEO of Qonto.

Podcast MENTORS : becoming a CEO
“You’re not born a CEO—you become one.”
Through a series of episodes in the Mentors podcast, Julie shares a personal story, far from linear narratives. Career path, doubts, failures, rebounds… all key steps in shaping a leader.
Two strong convictions emerge:
– act to avoid regret,
– turn individual energy into collective momentum.
A direct reflection of what we observe every day at LallianSe: supporting also means understanding the human journeys behind each project.

#IMPULSE
Creating formats, sparking connections, and bringing new dynamics to life.
#LImprodelaValo 3 : innovation takes the stage
This third edition of #LImprodelaValo once again delivered on its promises. On stage, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and experts took part in theatrical improvisation in a format that was original, inspiring, and both unconventional and demanding.
Beyond the performance, the event reflects a strong belief: innovation is not limited to ideas or technologies. It is also about dialogue, mutual understanding, and the ability to “think outside the box.”
Blending creativity and humor, the evening helped break down silos and highlight complementary perspectives. Want to know which team won? Read the full recap in the dedicated article.
Two new episodes of our #MoneyQuest webinar series marked the start of the year:
Episode 6: Often overlooked and rarely integrated, communication is nonetheless a key element of any investment thesis. This episode highlighted a frequently underinvested topic: communication. More than just a tool, it is a strategic lever in building a company’s trajectory. Featuring Anna Casal (founder of Collectif Maïa & Mercure).
Episode 7: Regulator – public health, private stakes: strengthen your health strategy! With Pascale Maisonneuve, this episode tackled another critical issue: regulation. Too often seen as a constraint, it can become a real competitive advantage when anticipated early and approached as a strategic lever.
Two very different topics, with one shared objective: helping structure strong, coherent, and aligned projects.
Manifeste collectif 2026 : a dynamic in motion
In 2025, you helped shape a collective manifesto. In 2026, this momentum continues.
More than just a collection of wishes, this manifesto is a space for expression and projection—a way to bring forward visions, cross perspectives, and collectively build the future of healthcare. And because these reflections must remain alive, the manifesto continues to evolve through ongoing contributions—a collective dynamic true to our DNA and values.

Training in healthcare innovation : DU GBM program
LallianSe continues its commitment to education, notably within the DUGBM (Biological and Medical Engineering program). The objective: to provide future healthcare professionals with a comprehensive understanding of key challenges—from research to market.
Building an investment thesis, understanding funding mechanisms, navigating development complexity—these are all essential topics for turning ideas into concrete solutions.
In the same spirit, lectures in business schools help foster dialogue with future entrepreneurs and investors, confronting their intuitions with real-world realities.

#HospitalInnovation: Why Healthcare Professionals Must Be at the Heart of Change
Through a new interview and article stemming from our hospital immersion, we wanted to explore the tensions between innovation and the healthcare system.
When ideas emerge from the field, they often run up against structural constraints. Should we accept this as inevitable? Certainly not!
We chose to speak with Professor Thomas Similowski (AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris / Sorbonne University), whose message is shared candidly in the dedicated article.
Women’s Health: From Research to Impact
Our network and experience-sharing also take shape through the coordination and facilitation of a roundtable dedicated to women’s health. This discussion brought together researchers, clinicians, investors, and support experts during the Institut Cochin / Companies Meetings.
A rich dialogue that opens up concrete perspectives for the years ahead—and a follow-up in 1 or even 10 years, depending on the speaker, to ultimately benefit citizens.
You can find all the speakers in the dedicated article.
#PERSPECTIVES
These first months of 2026 confirm a clear trajectory: a sustained commitment alongside the ecosystem.
Supporting CEOs, driving growth dynamics, sharing key insights… all of these actions contribute to a shared ambition: to foster more efficient, collaborative, and impactful healthcare innovation.
What’s next? Continuing to create meaningful spaces, connect stakeholders, and turn ideas into real movements.
