Last Friday, in collaboration with @Hôtel-Dieu, ASIIA continued its development on the sidelines of the Agora du soin digital. ASIIA?! But yes, ASIIA the 𝗔ssociation des 𝗦ociétés 𝗜nnovantes 𝗜ssues de l’𝗔P-HP, co-founded by Julie Rachline alongside Pierre Mozer and Nicolas Castoldi.
Beyond sharing best practices, ideas and innovation perspectives, we wanted to open a privileged space for dialogue to address the challenges faced by #startups from the AP-HP, but also to involve them in finding solutions. Between privileged meetings and a dedicated information session, the objective was clear: to confront promises with the reality on the ground and co-construct concrete solutions to move forward.
Also a source of inspiration, the #Harvard Chair of Translational Medicine presented and discussed during an extraordinary session with Gabriela Apiou-Sbirlea to improve and develop our French ecosystem!
A year ago, during the 2023 edition, we witnessed the announcement of the creation of 𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗜𝗔 : the 𝗔ssociation des 𝗦ociétés 𝗜nnovantes 𝗜ssues from 𝗔P-HP, co-founded by Julie Rachline who serves as its secretariat general alongside with Pierre Mozer & Nicolas Castoldi.
Created by and for entrepreneurs and health professionals, #ASIIA is part of initiatives, such as the Tiers lieu BOpEx or @Hôtel-Dieu which initiate an innovative dynamic, promote and support the creation of #startups, in connection with the one of the largest (eco)health systems in Europe, the #APHP.
Join the virtuous circle of #APHP#spinoffs by joining #ASIIA. Contact us for more information!
What happened last Friday at the Digital Care #Agora in September 2023 ?!

Among our hospital immersion initiatives,𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗜𝗔 is an association created by entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals, for entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals. Are you one of them ? Join the virtuous circle of ASIIA’s #spinoffaphp.
The objectives are plural: – Create a unique #community of entrepreneurs / healthcare profesionals; – Support the creation of #startups, linked to one of the largest health systems in Europe #APHP ; – Provide access to a quality #network, privileged information & key resources.
Congratulations for this first brick and let’s meet at #APInnov in june 2024 to celebrate the first year of existence and the successes that we will have accomplished together🎉 or even before for those who wish to join! ➡️ asiia@lallianse.com
Remember, a few weeks ago we announced the renewal of our #collaboration with the Rare Diseases Foundation, das part of the co-design workshops in e-health & rare diseases. Julie Rachline was able to contribute her #expertise to the ‘SCLER-AIME’ project, named winner this year.
The opportunity for us to take stock of our partnership. For what ?!

What are the objectives of these workshops?
🎯 Help in the initiation of innovative projects by identifying the necessary resources and key steps for their implementation 🎯 Adopt a collaborative approach and stimulate inter-business dialogue from the first ideas 🎯 Promote discussions with partners and Experts who master the subject
Why is this important to us?
💪 To encourage the emergence of innovations driven by healthcare professionals 🙌 To support the improvement of the care and life path of people suffering from a rare disease 🤝 To be consistent with our values and our field initiatives
It is as a LallianSe Expert that Julie Rachline was able to bring her #expertise to the ‘Brain Mouv’ project led by Iris Marolleau.
A young graduate of #ESCP, and the latest addition to the #team as a #startup & #innovation manager, Eve is above all passionate about health entrepreneurship.
Beyond her already demonstrated culinary talents, she actively contributes to supporting our partners and #startups and contributes to building the environment favorable to the success of innovations with agility and efficiency
At #LallianSe, we believe in the power of #synergies, #network and shared #values.
Meet Eve Le Bail, Startup & Innovation Manager in our #𝐃𝐨𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐋𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐞?
This is the key word of this month of March where we marked the occasion with #LImprodelaValo: an original and unique event to highlight the promotion of research.
Imagine: 3 teams made up of an #Entrepreneur / #Researcher, an #Investor and a representative of a technology transfer organization, who will compete in comparative theatrical #improvisation around a negotiation point ‘a letter of intent. The goal? Share funny situations – or less! – and react on negotiation themes, complementary points of view and allow everyone to change costumes within the framework of the negotiations. Based on the audience’s applause, the victorious team will be chosen.
Co-organized by the Institut Curie, the Institut Pasteur & LallianSe, this is the crazy idea that Jérémie, Alexandre and Julie had. For one evening, they were able to take on the role of team captains, the event being refereed by Helene Chausson, BrainTale improvisation coach in her spare time.
A few days later, we were delighted to host the 3rd breakfast on the theme of #equitystory organized byQuest for health.
An opportunity to share the experience of BrainTale, our flagship initiative. Through concret examples of the relationship between a CEO represented by Julie, and an investor, represented by Virginie MIATH, Director of Investments at Capital Grand Est, the participants were able to leave with a guide to good practices: the 10 commandments of investment thesis.
In the deployment of the #LallianSeEducation initiatives and the #DUGBM University Diploma, the organization of which is partly operated by #LallianSe alongside Pierre Mozer & Alain Sezeur, we contributed to the last module for the 2024 class.
Finally, the last session of the DU highlighted the ABG – Association Bernard Gregory, member of the LallianSe network and represented by Vincent Mignotte, about the initiation and development of its #network.
Then sharing a collaboration emanating from a mutual desire to transform innovation and develop it in care in a new episode of Do You Speak LallianSe ?
Between @Hôtel-Dieu and its Apéros de l’Innovation, the #Agora of digital care, #APInnov and more recently #ASIIA (Association of Innovative Companies from AP-HP), so many initiatives which are starting a innovative dynamic, promote and support the creation of #startups, in connection with one of the largest (eco)health systems in Europe, the #APHP.
At #LallianSe, we believe in the power of synergies, the #network and shared #values.
Met almost 20 years ago in another life as an #investor, Karine joined the #LallianSe adventure by supporting its strategy through her commitment as a member of the strategic steering committee.
Much more than support in our strategy by being part of the #copil, it is shared values, sincere friendship, associative commitment and professional complementarity which have been established and consolidated over time. Thank you for these wonderful years of trust.
Entrepreneurial success is not a linear journey… Are you wondering how to bounce back and maintain your enthusiasm despite the pitfalls of the entrepreneurial journey?
During the 5th edition of Les Embûches de l’Innovation, we had the pleasure of welcoming Laurent Levy co-founder and #CEO of Nanobiotix: a pioneering company and leader in #nanomedicine having developed a revolutionary approach in the treatment of cancer. Innovation in healthcare is never short of ideas… but often lacks the right tools to bring them to fruition.
Between research or an idea and a healthcare product, there is a demanding (and uncertain) path: commercialization, funding, regulation, market access… among other things.
As part of our initiatives, LallianSe continues its commitment to education with its contribution to the University Diploma in Biological and Medical Engineering (DUGBM). For the third consecutive year, Julie is leading a workshop on a key topic: developing an investment thesis and understanding funding levers—striving for a 360-degree view of the challenges!
Developing an investment thesis, understanding funding mechanisms, and grasping the complexity of development: these are all essential topics for transforming an idea into a concrete solution.
In this same vein, interventions with students in business schools allow for dialogue with future entrepreneurs and investors, by confronting their intuitions with the realities on the ground.
A great opportunity to share with #PhD students and young researchers a few perspectives on entrepreneurship, challenges and try to convince them to join the innovative environnement !
As part of our initiatives, LallianSe continues its contribution to the #Sorbonne University Diploma: the #DUGBM.
