At #LallianSe, we open spaces, designed by and for leaders, to freely exchange ideas and draw collective inspiration.

The current situation requires us to think differently and step outside our comfort zone. As you now know, through unfiltered discussions and transparent sharing, we aim to foster a dynamic approach to better navigate complex challenges together, by CEOs and for CEOs.

Next topic? Serious questions about health economics and the French National Authority for Health (HAS), all within a relaxed and friendly dialogue.

7pm– Inspiring speech by Fabienne Bartoli :

A health economist, former Director General of the French National Authority for Health (HAS), and currently Inspector General of Social Affairs at the Ministry of Health, Fabienne boasts a wealth of experience combining technical expertise, institutional leadership, and health diplomacy. She also served as Deputy Director General and then Director General of the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM), and as a diplomat on health and social affairs issues at the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations in New York. She has led major missions in regulation, public policy evaluation, and international negotiations. A qualified teacher and PhD in economics, she combines analytical rigor with strategic vision to shape the future of healthcare.

Last night, with the inspiration (#Inhale, #Exhale!) of Jean-Charles Trouabal, we brought together #CEOs for a special moment: a collective intellectual breather, to take a step back and exchange ideas with peers.

The importance of teamwork in performance, knowing how to manage stress and emotions, and mentally prepare… Essential in the delicate, complex, and uncertain times we’re going through.

Several important #takeaways, but above all one essential point: the importance of dreaming big and setting ambitious goals – #LetsBeBold!

So, let’s set ambitious goals together. Building better health together? Developing health products and solutions that benefit patients, professionals, and our society more generally?

A legendary sprinter, world champion in the 4x100m relay with the French team, which set a world record in 1990. From the track to the leadership field, Jean-Charles has used his experience as a powerful tool to impart the keys to sustainable performance, collective strength, and individual resilience. Today, he helps leaders meet their own challenges with the rigor, humility, and vision of a top-level athlete.
