#ENLIGHTEN
#MoneyQuest webinar series :
A year ago, we launched #MoneyQuest with a simple ambition: to create an authentic space to discuss the realities of health entrepreneurship and share entrepreneurial journeys from the inside – with nuance, authenticity, and resilience.
Nine episodes later, the conclusion is clear: the need for peer-to-peer exchange is paramount!
Funding, governance, communication, strategy, regulatory issues, corporate matters—all these topics were addressed with transparency and authenticity. This was made possible by the quality—human, professional, and expert—of all the speakers who agreed to share their successes, challenges, and questions.
Season 1 has wrapped; bring on Season 2!
Discover the recap of this first season.
And catch the last two episodes if you missed them:
Episode 8 : Market Access—securing payers, strategy, and funding… all at once. Mission (im)possible ? with Emmanuelle Deponge, LallianSe Expert & Touline President, Sébastien Giraudier, Director and Soraya Sin-Monnot, Program Manager at Neighbordhood / VCLS.
Episode 9 : Eureka, you’ve raised 5, 10, 50 M€… What now ?! With Julien Hédou, CEO Surge.
#TRANSFORM
#InnovationHospitaliere :
What if one of the key challenges was to equip the people who keep the system running—giving them the insights, the right tools, and the drive—so they can spearhead the movement?
This is the central theme of the fourth and final article in our series on hospital immersion.
fter seven years at Pitié-Salpêtrière and within the AP-HP system, one conviction stands firm: identifying needs on the ground is necessary, but not enough. We must also know how to structure, champion, and drive innovation forward. Two initiatives illustrate this dynamic—two complementary approaches shaped by years of collaboration: one is academic and foundational—the University Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (DU GBM) a Faculté de Santé de Sorbonne Université, launched over 35 years ago by Pr Alain Sezeur , (now the program’s academic lead) and currently directed by Pr Adrien Six, (head of training) ; the other is agile and rooted in real-world practice, led by Aude Nyadanu, PhD and her innovation agency Lowpital.
Training people to provide care is no longer enough—we must now train them to drive transformation…
#ENGAGE
Santexpo : from hospital to startup
It has also been a quarter marked by candid dialogue: facing reality head-on, speaking openly about difficulties, and embracing challenges, contradictions, and obstacles!
At SantExpo, Julie took part in a panel discussion on value creation and healthcare innovation within hospitals. While the ecosystem is making strides in fostering innovative projects, a major challenge remains: committing to funding innovation at a level that reflects the value generated.
Turning ideas into healthcare products that benefit patients requires not only ambition but also sustainable business models that allow for reinvestment in the innovations of tomorrow. Hospitals have a major role to play in this evolution. See you… soon?
A look back at our discussions at SantExpo.

Collective Manifesto 2026 : a dynamic in motion

Since 2025, many have contributed to the emergence of this collective manifesto. That momentum continues into 2026. These are personal, sincere statements that reflect our values and our ambition: to progress and move forward collectively, with conviction and without compromise.
