About last months : November & December 2024

At the end of 2024, LallianSe continues to build bridges between innovation, health and collaborations.

A look back at two months rich in events, meetings and successes!

These last two months have been an opportunity to connect with key players in health innovation, both internationally and locally.

L’Impro de la Valo – 2nd edition : innovation at the heart of the action

The MedTech Forum – Malta : international recognition for LallianSe

At LallianSe, we believe that strategic collaborations are the foundation of all success...

Finally, if November and December were marked by collaborations and projects, the year 2024 allows us to anchor our added value as a catalyst for innovation in health.

As 2025 dawns, we are ready to take on new challenges and we will continue this collective adventure by relying, among others, on our community and our partners.

A huge thank you to all of you – customers, partners and members of the LallianSe community – for your trust and commitment.

About last months : September & October 2024

These last two months have been an opportunity for LallianSe to connect with key players in health innovation, both internationally and locally.

The recent successes of our partners and the initiatives we have supported perfectly illustrate our commitment to supporting ambitious projects.

One of the pillars of our mission, sharing knowledge and expertise is indeed one of our key missions, and in recent months we have actively worked to disseminate knowledge.

At the beginning of the school year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Geoffrey Klein, the guitarist, to our team as Startup & Innovation Manager.

About last months #May #June & #July 2024

This is the key word for this first half of 2024!
Every month, we introduce you to the members of our community, because at #LallianSe, we firmly believe in the power of shared #values and synergies.

In this great momentum, during June Julie Rachline was able to anchor our proximity with the Région Grand Est during #NextmedDay, an event dedicated to collaborative innovation and the promotion of innovative projects in the field of health.

Some collaborations are renewed, like a story that is written chapter after chapter…

A few months ago we announced the renewal of our #collaboration with the Rare Diseases Foundation, as part of the co-design workshops in e-health & rare diseases.

Finally, for the 3rd consecutive year, LallianSe – Life Sciences Integrator  is a partner of DTx France©.

About last months #March & #April 2024

This is the key word of this month of March where we marked the occasion with #LImprodelaValo: an original and unique event to highlight the promotion of research.

A few days later, we were delighted to host the 3rd breakfast on the theme of #equitystory organized by Quest for health

In the deployment of the #LallianSeEducation initiatives and the #DUGBM University Diploma, the organization of which is partly operated by #LallianSe alongside Pierre Mozer & Alain Sezeur, we contributed to the last module for the 2024 class.

Then sharing a collaboration emanating from a mutual desire to transform innovation and develop it in care in a new episode of Do You Speak LallianSe ?

At #LallianSe, we believe in the power of synergies, the #network and shared #values.

Entrepreneurial success is not a linear journey… Are you wondering how to bounce back and maintain your enthusiasm despite the pitfalls of the entrepreneurial journey?

Another notable fact that highlights Equity Story support by LallianSe:  #Surge, supported by #LallianSe since the end of 2021, has just completed its seond fundraising of 7,5M€ ! 🚀

Very happy to also announce the renewal of our partnership with Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS)!

More info on the dedicated article.

For the 3rd consecutive year, Julie contributed to the co-design workshops in e-health & rare diseases organized by the Rare Diseases Foundation.

#NOVEMBER

#SHARING

This is the key word of this month of November where we had the pleasure of welcoming Jean-François BREPSON during the 4th 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐮̂𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐥’𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : series of testimonies followed by an open and taboo-free exchange.

#CEO PathoQuest, a key player in the French bioproduction sector of innovative medicines but also historical relationship LallianSe since its creation 8 years ago, the developments of PathoQuest under the impetus and leadership of Jean-François offer a fine example of agile and efficient growth… even if it has not been an easy journey.

Cultivating #resilience, learning to turn failures into opportunities and using this shared experience to adjust your approach to the future is essential.

Then share a concrete and inspiring example based on values and our common ethics in a new episode of Do You Speak LallianSe ?

For more than 70 years, the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale has been the essential private player in financing biomedical research in France. Since 2013, through the management of the Béatrice Denys Foundation under the aegis of the #FRM, the relationship with Julie has been created. And, since 2019 #LallianSe has been supporting the #FRM to initiate, explore and develop its inspiring and original approach to become a relevant player in the promotion and maturation of research projects.

Beyond the #sparringpartner and #operatingpartner approach, Julie & Emmanuelle have built a relationship of trust and quality by concretizing strategic issues, supporting operational implementation, by carrying out targeted interactions with stakeholders. keys while supporting internal teams on a daily basis.

Thanks to Valerie Lemarchandel Florence Guibal and all the FRM teams for their trust.

Finally, sharing expertise and defining common objectives are the keys to health innovation.

This is why we actively participated in the CHU Healthtech Connexion Day, organized by France Biotech in Marseille. During a workshop, Julie shared the fruits of our numerous #initiatives resulting from our hospital immersion, thus answering essential questions: how to define innovation – medical and paramedical – in hospitals? What are the conditions for the emergence of innovation in hospitals?

To innovate and develop effective health solutions, we must understand and absorb the needs of the market, staff, users and especially patients. We have been present in the field, for the last 8 years, to outline trajectories through our innovation competitions (#ChallengeInnovation / #ParInnovChallenge), more recently, the creation of #ASIIA or our flagship initiatives like BrainTale.

Our commitment doesn’t stop there! And speaking of BrainTale, Julie inaugurated GROUPE MACSF brand new podcast project by answering a more general question: how to improve the health of tomorrow?

Julie was able to present a future in which, thanks to a better knowledge of the brain, BrainTale, will allow us to anticipate, prevent and adjust our care pathways and our preventive vision to improve our brain health. 🎧 To listen to it, go here.

#DECEMBER

#PARTNERSHIP

At #LallianSe, we believe in the power of #synergies, #network and shared #values.

A recent Doctor of Pharmacy graduate, Eilone has led important work on the question of how #CDMOs drive innovation within the biologics industry. With her in-depth understanding of the CDMO market and landscape, as well as her experience in #capitaldev, Eilone joined our #Expert #network a few months ago as a junior project manager. At (only) 27 years old, his added value and vision brought dynamic energy and strengthened our commitment to the younger generation. Meet Eilone in our latest 𝐃𝐨𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐋𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐞 ?

Being an integrator means helping to open up perspectives to build an environment favorable to the success of health innovations – and this requires the integration of the international vision…

This year again LallianSe will be present in San Francisco for #JPMorgan week and will partner with #BusinessFrance for #FrenchHealthcareAfterwork next Monday January 8.

Are you nearby? Join us !

A big thank you to the entire #team Business France Healthcare – North America Jerome Revole Marie-Astrid Sevilla Ludmilla Potiron Camille Risso and our partners for the week and the event ORCOM US ICOSA Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS) CCI GRAND EST France Biotech Eurobiomed

…or even by the European vision….

For the 3rd consecutive year we are a partner of BioFIT Event, a European event dedicated to technology transfer, collaborations between industrialists and academics and early-stage innovations.

#BioFIT is also a European marketplace for seed #investment and venture capital. As a #Health Integrator, #LallianSe supports the actions around this event: an #opportunity to explore future #collaborations with the ecosystem.

And finally how to evaluate the potential of your innovation and how to create a solid value proposition of your startup?

Remember, we started the summer of 2023 by inaugurating the 1st edition of the “Startup Alumni Breakfasts” of the Institut Pasteur. Invited by Alexandre Batch during the 2nd session of the “Startup Breakfast” Julie had the opportunity to answer these questions in an interactive format.

Crucial steps for the success of #startups, since 2015 LallianSe has made it its mission: to build the environment favorable to the economic success of health innovations by articulating investment theses, through tailor-made courses and an approach agile.

We were happy to contribute to these questions. We are also preparing a surprise for you with the Institut Pasteur… stay tuned!

Finally… to everyone – clients, experts and entrepreneurs in residence, coworkers, partners, entrepreneurs, investors, hospital staff and all those who follow our adventures:

The year #2023 is ending, it’s time to wish you all a very happy holiday. But also to say M E R C I! #Thank you for these #synergies, these exchanges, and these projects, which are always more inspiring, attractive and motivating. Thanks to you, a virtuous circle is being built, and this is the greatest reward for us.

See you in 2024 🚀

SEPTEMBER

On your marks, get set…GO !

With the tone set at the beginning of the month, the LallianSe core-team met to share the progress of the coming year according to the objectives and priorities, in order to include a dedicated time for discussion and to develop our actions, our commitments and together build the foundations of better health.

As you can see, this new year will be (again!) full of adventures.

With a first event to share the questions we ask ourselves at LallianSe.

How can we protect and properly support the development of digital innovations? How can we optimize investments associated with digital tools through industrial property? How can you capitalize on these aspects to build solid investment theses? How to implement a suitable protection strategy? How to create value for the company?

To answer all these questions, we highlighted Alexandre Lebkiri and Noémie Bardel from Cabinet Camus-Lebkiri, Industrial Property Advice, alongside Julie Rachline with her BrainTale hat, to open discussions and perspectives on these key themes during a dedicated webinar. Find the replay here.

We then highlighted Anna Casal.

First requested for the communication strategy of our flagship initiative, BrainTale, it was with great enthusiasm that we were able to be challenged by Anna in writing the LallianSe story.

To share our vision and our different tailor-made courses, we wanted to assert our specificity while preserving our DNA. Anna Casal brought a unique perspective to our team and guided us to bring our story to life in an authentic and inspiring way. His expertise was instrumental in articulating our values, our passion and our commitment in a clear and convincing manner. Meet Anna, communications specialist in France and internationally (and much more!) in our 𝐃𝐨𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐋𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐞?

First stones laid with our collaborative actions and with our partners:

1. During APInnov 2023 we shared the announcement of the birth, during the Digital Care Agora we launched the operations of 𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗜𝗔, the 𝗔ssociation des 𝗦ociétés 𝗜nnovantes 𝗜ssues de l’𝗔P-HP, on the the impetus of Julie Rachline, general secretary and co-founder alongside Pierre Mozer and Nicolas Castoldi. Among our hospital immersion initiatives, 𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗜𝗔 is an association created by entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals, for entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals. Are you one of them? Join the virtuous circle of ASIIA’s AP-HP spin-offs. Meet at APInnov 2024 to celebrate the first year of existence and the successes we have achieved together 🎉

2. 📢 For the 5th consecutive year, LallianSe was a partner of Pharma HealthTech: organized by Pharmaceutiques and TechToMed and now unmissable, this edition will focus on the theme “a model of interactions reinvented by digital technology”. Beyond the friendship that binds us, our collaborations are plural and our ambitions come together, with an impetus given around a meeting between Franck LE MEUR and Julie Rachline a little over 10 years ago, already! Member of the LallianSe Expert network, patron of FestiLAB since the 1st edition and many other past and future collaborations, we were delighted to once again support Franck and more broadly the TechToMed teams

3. For the 2nd year we were a partner de MedFIT: European event dedicated to medtech and health in general. As a Health Integrator and equity story builder, beyond participating in the event, it is also an opportunity for future collaborations. Its taking place in Strasbourg only strengthened our proximity to the Grand Est Region, where we implemented BrainTale in 2021 and established links with the local ecosystem.

October

October turned to major issues in health innovation

Since a panel and a stage shared during the 5th Annual Biotechs & Pharma Conference in December 2022, our collaboration with Marie-Ange N’Zoutani and Sanofi came to fruition during our Fall Edition dedicated to Sanofi initiatives. With the ambition to create bridges between startups and the pharmaceutical industry, and to support a dynamic ecosystem that promotes exchanges & innovation, we welcomed the team:
🗣️Cédric Barriere, Senior Director, I&I External Innovation
🗣️Nizar El-Murr, Associate Director, Rare & Neurological Disorders Innovation
🗣️Etienne Guillot, Europe Ecosystem & Scientific Relations Lead
🗣️Matthieu Merlin, Head of Business Development General Medicines

Thank you to everyone and to Marie-Ange N’Zoutani for being the conductor.

Like last year, on the occasion of Journéedelaudition2023 organized yesterday by SFORLand the Fondation Pour l’Audition, Julie Rachline CEO co-organized and moderated in tandem with Bernard FRAYSSE the round table dedicated to financing and evaluation innovators with a panel of excellence:
Catherine Boule, Digital health investor, Karista
Elsa CREAC’H, mission manager, Third-party health experimentation sites, Agence du Numérique en Santé
-Armelle Graciet, Industrial Affairs Department, SNITEM
-Simon Renner, Digital health mission project manager, Haute Autorité de Santé

Julie Rachline also participated in the Jury for Innovations in Audiology and Otology. This Jury awarded:

🥇For the 1st prize SFORL Medical Innovation Audition 2023, OTOtwin, developed by Cécile Parietti-Winkler, ENT surgeon at CHRU de Nancy;
💝For the Coup de Cœur prize, to the application in the NoisyWorld test phase, developed by Arnaud Norena, research director at CNRS – Centre national de la recherche scientifique.

And speaking of winners, 1 year (and 10 days) later only after the start of our support, Sandrine, winner of Challenge Innovation #3 had the opportunity to present her digital tool developed over 11 months with Romain Gombert: a digital escape game retracing the different stages of transition from pediatric care to adult care, during the Congress of the French Society of Public Health (SFSP). Some will call it a challenge, we prefer to call it a challenge… …innovation! Our hospital immersion in the heart of the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital has allowed us to initiate a unique innovation approach in France.

In the deployment of its hospital immersion initiatives and LallianSeEducation, the University Diploma of Sorbonne, DU GBM, whose management is ensured by Julie Rachline and whose organization is partly operated by LallianSe, we are proud to announce a new synergy made by LallianSe: a cross partnership between the DU GBM of Sorbonne Université, and the Bioentrepreneurs Launchpad program launched by the Imagine InstituteX-HEC Entrepreneurs & Université Paris Cité, Université Paris-Saclay & ESCP Business School. With very complementary approaches, one for acculturation to valorization and the other for the creation of startups, we decided to combine these training courses in order to offer 2 tailor-made courses. Contact us at du.gbm@lallianse.com now!

Still in this same training process, Julie Rachline was invited by Jean-Luc Lenormandat the front of… the screen: sharing the main lines, challenges and perspectives of the creation of innovative companies in Health, valorization, entrepreneurship and of course ‘investment. Sharing our experiences by supporting the training of tomorrow’s professionals is the approach we favor with LallianSeEducation, in addition to our other activities, to build the environment favorable to the success of innovations.

And the environment is also the team. Recently arrived as a startup & innovation manager, Eva Rossiensky is above all passionate about entrepreneurship. It is a mutual trust that we built throughout his internship in the spring, and it is with great enthusiasm that we continue the adventure together! Meet Eva, Startup & Innovation Manager (and much more!) in our 𝐃𝐨𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐋𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐞?

Finally, to create this environment, LallianSe supports its clients at all stages of their development… today more than ever, we are proud to support our flagship initiative, BrainTale, in a significant moment: need more spaces and offices adapted to the growth of the workforce.

Like BrainTale, are you looking for a workplace where innovation rhymes with collaboration? We have 5️⃣free open space offices in our hospital coworking, and (at least) 5️⃣good reasons to join us:

1️⃣ Be part of a #community with privileged access to our #network of entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, partners and experts, thus creating opportunities for collaboration;

About last months May, June & July 2023

#May

May was focused on major challenges in terms of healthcare innovation

In Europe first, with the invitation ofPatrick Boisseau to host during theMedTech Europe in Dublin on Wednesday May 31, 2023, the #Moveyourinnovation here we were able to push the limits of interactivity by giving the public a voice on the stage. #Startups and #Corporates are anticipating their times and planning according to different timelines and objectives while actively seeking to collaborate to accelerate innovation and benefit patients. So how can we manage this effectively?

To debate, we have assembled a prestigious and high-level panel, moderated by Julie Rachline, with:

Another city, another event, but an unavoidable issue. On the occasion of #santexpo2023, Institut Curie, Hospices Civils de Lyon – HCL, LallianSe – Life Sciences Integrator and SATT Paris-Saclay shared their vision and practices on innovation in hospitals and the 5 steps to manage the transfer of technology and the valorization after the invitation of Benoit Labarthe and the AIS.

With the feedback from Cécile Campagne, Armelle Dion, Julie Rachline, KENZA L.BENNANI-BELHAJ & Benoît Labarthe: very enriching complementary, diversified and shared experiences.

Finally, in partnership with the CNRS, the Alliancy editorial team offered to present BrainTale, LallianSe’s flagship initiative and Deeptech spin-off start-up from AP-HP, in a female panel around Antoine Petit, CEO of the CNRS, on the institute’s strategy in terms of promoting public research whose respective markets (health, quantum and industry) concern the major challenges of tomorrow. Watch the replay below:

#June

📣 We were proud to share the #successstory of #BrainTale, which announced its fundraising of 4.5 million euros !

Co-founded and accompanied by LallianSe from 2018, then by ensuring the General Management of the #startup since 2020 by Julie Rachline, the relationship between LallianSe and BrainTale is today:

 +6 years of collaboration
8 Experts from our network
2 products on the market
EU & US expansion

And above all a successful first institutional fundraiser!

This #success is our daily driving force, which illustrates our know-how and #commitment to transforming innovations into economic success.

Read our LinkedIn post

LFundraising is a key step in the development of a startup. But in the current climate, under pressure for innovation financing, building a robust #equitystory that speaks to #investors is essential, and finding the right support is a determining factor.

It is on this theme that we were invited by David PETITEAU to the Agora organized by Medicen to intervene

alongside Sophie Cahen (Ganymed Robotics) during the workshop “how to succeed in fundraising”.

ndeed, at LallianSe – Life Sciences Integrator, we create tailor-made courses to meet the challenges of the projects we support. By mobilizing our #Experts & #Entrepreneursenrésidence, we support #startups at every stage of their development.

And it is precisely one of our LallianSe Experts that we highlighted during our #summeredition, a #roundtable dedicated to market access and on an essential question:

💡 How to integrate the early access strategy into the development of a drug?

AMEL has indeed joined our community of Experts-in-residence since 2020 to support the structuring and implementation of clinical plans, medical strategy and scientific orientations for drugs and medical devices. She worked in tandem with Jeanne who joined #Atessia in 2018 as a Senior Consultant. Consulting and expertise firm in Regulatory and Pharmaceutical Affairs, Atessia is a committed and determined player in advancing and supporting healthcare companies.

🤝 Our common values and our philosophy made this #collaboration natural!

June continued under the theme of innovation in the hospital

First of all during APInnov, we had the pleasure of announcing the creation of ASIIA: an association created by entrepreneurs and health professionals, for entrepreneurs and health professionals: association des Sociétés Innovantes Issues de l’Assistance Publique Hôpitaux de Paris.

With a unique proximity to the AP-HP, its objective is simple: to promote the creation of innovative companies and above all to help them grow while effectively articulating the links between health professionals, entrepreneurship and concrete development of innovations.

Today, we must allow all the start-ups linked to and resulting from the AP-HP to benefit from the dynamism of a collective

and support the highlighting of the capacity for innovation of the French public hospital institution. in a concrete way for the benefit of patients.

Professor Pierre Mozer chairs it, while Julie Rachline acts as general secretary.

Launching initiatives dedicated to the hospital community is a subject that is close to our hearts and that we have been promoting for more than 5 years.

Our hospital immersion in the heart of the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital allowed us to initiate a unique innovation approach in France, which we had the chance to present during the “Rendez-vous de l’Innovation paramédicale” organized by the CHU de Bordeaux & France Biotech by illustrating with a concrete example: the feedback of Sandrine Bottius, our #winner of the Grand Prix of #ChallengeInnovation 3…

…while in Paris, Sandrine Bottius presented during the 2nd Colloquium on the #Transition teen-adult, her winning digital escape game project.

What do all these actors and these two events have in common?Paramedical innovation.

Why did we launch these initiatives? We believe these are effective ways to:

* Give legitimacy, recognition and visibility to innovation projects
* Stimulate creativity, collaboration and innovation
* Attract and retain talent in the hospital – enhance careers
* Promote the rising approach and give voice to caregivers
* Promote entrepreneurship and train in the innovation process

How do we launch these initiatives? Continue reading…

About last months #March & #April 2023

#March

March was an opportunity to highlight our community: entrepreneurs, Experts-in-Residence, students, startups and many others.

It is through a common vision oriented around the #patient and the #medical #community that our links with BIOMUNEX PHARMACEUTICALS have been built. For nearly 5 years, with an Expert-in-Residence at the helm of the outsourced Financial Department, #LallianSe has supported #Biomunex around different strategic and operational perspectives.

Meeting the needs of innovative companies with agility, flexibility and tailor-made: our commitment and our DNA since 2015!

Meet Pierre-Emmanuel Gerard, President, Founder and CEO of Biomunex, in the 𝘋𝘰 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘓𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘚𝘦 ?

At LallianSe, each support is structured to measure, in a flexible and agile way to meet the key challenges of the development of our customers and partners – another example with NBGH

Initiative launched by Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS) and led by Sébastien Giraudier, PhD, #Neighborhood is an annual #support program for 12 #health #startups which offers a series of interviews, support, exchanges and mentoring sessions .

#NBGH asked #LallianSe to lead the “360° Sessions” at the instigation of Emmanuelle Deponge, involved in the selection of projects while being #ExperteLallianSe for several years.

These sessions challenge all areas of business development: from planning to execution, from regulatory strategy to organization, thanks to LallianSe’s unique track-record and Emmanuelle’s #expertise.

lancée par et pilotée par #Neighborhood est un programme d’ #accompagnement annuel de 12 #startups en #santé qui offre une série d’entretiens, accompagnements, échanges et sessions de mentoring.

With#LallianSeEducation, two other synergies have emerged, made with LallianSe :

1. Under the impetus of Benedicte Garbil and Pauline Seiter this time, as part of the Bioentrepreneurs Launchpad master’s degree.

Launched by the Institut Imagine X-HEC Entrepreneurs and Université Paris Cité, this is a program for training #entrepreneurs and accelerating #startup#healthtech projects, with a strong impact for patients s addressed to scientists, pharmacists, engineers or even business and legal. Three LallianSe #Experts ensured this collaboration this year: Pascale Maisonneuve around strategic #regulatory aspects, followed by a 2nd one with Emmanuelle Deponge with an #investor focus and finally the last one with Chantal BELORGEY (Haute Autorité de Santé) about the market access. Three essential axes that make up the investment thesis, our keystone.

2. As part of the #Sorbonne University Diploma: training in the Valorization of Biomedical Research co-directed by Julie Rachline and Pierre Mozerand with the essential and original impulse of Alain Sezeur.

We had the opportunity to organize a #tableronde dedicated to #ehealth #issues with Alexandru A., Empiric Capital ▪️Catherine Boule Karista ▪️ Nicolas Castoldi @Hôtel-Dieu AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris ▪️ Franck LE MEUR TechToMed ▪️ Jeanne TIEU-BENICHOU Future4Care who not only shared their visions of e-health, but also debated and discussed the organizational, transformational and more generally consequences of our health and care system, driven by e-health .

Impossible to escape this fundamental #transformation: join the movement, and don’t hesitate to participate next year in #DUGBM – registrations will be open soon.

Sharing our experiences by supporting the training of the professionals of tomorrow: this is the approach that we favor, in addition to our other activities, to build the environment favorable to the #success of #innovations.

Finally, we organized alongside #Atessia a #webinar dedicated to #DM and more specifically on “The importance of a regulatory strategy when launching an innovative medical device”.

Consulting and expertise firm in Regulatory and Pharmaceutical Affairs, ATESSIA, Life Science Advisors is a committed and determined player in advancing and supporting healthcare companies. Our common values and our philosophy make this #collaboration natural.

We thank the team led by Géraldine BAUDOT-VISSER & Camille NEERMUL.

#April

At the start of the year, we announced the renewal of our #collaboration with the Rare Diseases Foundation as part of co-design workshops in e-health & rare diseases for projects in the early study phase. It was as a LallianSe Expert that Julie Rachline was able to bring her experience and #expertise.

What are the objectives of these workshops?
🎯 Helping in the initiation of innovative projects by identifying the necessary resources and the key steps for their implementation
🎯 Adopt a collaborative approach and stimulate inter-business dialogue from the first ideas
🎯 Promote discussions with partners and Experts who master the subject

Why is this important to us?
💪 To promote the emergence of innovations carried out by health professionals
🙌 To support the improvement of the care and life course of people with a rare disease
🤝 To be consistent with our values and our field initiatives

The alignment of our values with this initiative is also supported by our hospital immersion. Indeed, our unique location in the heart of the hospital allows us to build privileged relationships and launch initiatives dedicated to the medical and hospital community.

A few weeks ago we announced the launch of the 4th edition of the #ChallengeInnovation – innovation competition for #paramedical and #medicotechnical staff, in collaboration with the AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris Sorbonne University.

Last year we innovated and redesigned the course by integrating #DesignThinking workshops to support project leaders in preparing their files with Lowpital. This year, the course has been further improved with the involvement of Kevin ATTAL, Deputy Director of Research and Innovation at the GHU. By adopting an active & agile approach, a complementary tailor-made course has been set up for more successful projects, with the support of various GHU departments.

We are happy to renew this virtuous initiative to encourage #innovations in #hospital.

In this same momentum of initiatives, we were also very happy to announce the 5th edition of FestiLAB!

The FestiLAB is a private and unique artistic event whose mission is to collect donations for the benefit of health innovation. The profits collected are then donated to innovation projects carried out by the paramedical staff of the AP-HP group’s hospital sites. Sorbonne University during the Challenge Innovation.

This fifth edition will be held on Tuesday July 4, 2023, from 6:30 p.m., in the chapel of the Saint Louis Church of the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital – an exceptional moment thanks to Lucie Carbone, humorist and actress, whom we thank you. And in the first part, The Entrepreneurs: seven talents of health innovation who will take the stage, an amateur acoustic rock band who works alongside us to bring out initiatives and innovation projects. Hoping to have the pleasure of counting you among us for this new edition!

Opening of the ticket office in a few weeks #staytuned..

#January

On your marks, get set…GO !

The tone was set from the beginning ofJanuary: new year, new collaborations, new perspectives

2023 is launched with #LallianSeenmouvement and more precisely during #JPMorganWeek in San Francisco . Building and operating equity stories at #LallianSe requires understanding and translating the financing and innovation environment. Allowing entrepreneurs and managers to refine their development and investor relations strategies is one of our essential pillars.

Associer

Associating LallianSe with the #FrenchCorner of Business France and contributing to this by co-organizing the #FrenchHappyHour was therefore obvious and in continuity with the last edition of the French night, 3 years ago!

We thank our #partners and especially Jerome Revole Marie-Astrid Sevilla & Ilyès Loutfi, Pharm.D from Business France Healthcare – North America.

In our approach to bring out the initiatives and projects of tomorrow, LallianSe has renewed the #collaboration with the Fondation Maladies Rares for the #atelier de co-design pour les #innovations en santé numérique. Julie Rachline explains why it’s important to us: listen to her!

How to bring out innovation projects by caregivers, at the heart of the hospital?

Through our initiatives and our commitment since 2017 to caregivers, we have notably initiated since 2018 the #ChallengeInnovation– annual innovation competition in partnership with the hospital-university group AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris.Sorbonne Université.

Last year, the first #prize was awarded to Sandrine Bottius, course coordinator in the transition service from pediatrics to the adult sector at La Pitié-Salpêtrière, for the development of an #escapegame for adolescents and young people. adults. Beyond the financial allocation provided by the hospital, LallianSe accompanies Sandrine for 12 months through regular, dedicated meetings, network opening, management of service providers, identification of key partners and many other actions. Again. Hospital immersion by #LallianSe allows the emergence of #synergies and relationships between operators and care actors.

Finally, it is a pleasure to find our initiative cited by #Lowpital in the article published on the theme “How can healthcare intrapreneurship & collaborative methods contribute to improving the patient experience?“. This is the question that #Lowpital had to answer in the article published by ManagerSante.com® | L’expertise interdisciplinaire en management de la santé.

Finally, in September 2022 we announced the #launch of LallianSe Education. In the deployment of this new initiative, first module of the #Sorbonne Université Diploma: formation à la Valorisation de la Recherche Biomédicale. This #training, whose direction is provided by Julie Rachline alongside Pierre Mozer and under the initial and unfailing impetus of Alain Sezeur, is aimed at all researchers, engineers, administrators, health professionals, doctoral students… and others !

The diploma training addresses all the #issues of research and biomedical innovation as well as the techniques of enhancement beyond being a first stone to initiate and develop your #network. The other two weeks of modules are scheduled for next March!

In the continuity of our sharing of experiences, we launched the 3rd edition of the Embûches de l’Innovation with the participation of Gilles Avenard, CEO Acticor Biotech.

A historic relationship between Gilles Avenard and Pascale Maisonneuve, both hematologists, and then crossed entrepreneur / investor paths between Gilles Avenard and Julie Rachline – thank you for playing the game of sharing and resilience with us!

If you’re wondering how he (eventually) managed to fund the development of a stroke drug, find the replay .

#February

The launch of the 4th edition of the Challenge Innovation has taken place!

For the 4th time, LallianSe and AP-HP Sorbonne Université have joined forces to launch Challenge Innovation #4 – innovation competition for #paramedical and #medicotechnical staff at GH.

In order to initiate our call for projects, on Monday February 6, 2023, we organized a Rencontre de l’Innovation, a conference intended for the paramedical and technical staff of the GHU APHP.Sorbonne Université.

In line with our hospital #immersion for 6 years, we thought of this exchange as an opportunity to make the #hospital community interact around innovation issues. The opportunity to highlight the 2 winners of the #ChallengeInnovation3, Sandrine Bottius and Axelle Pierre-Joseph, who came to testify about their careers and the progress of their innovative projects.

In January, you were able to discover a Do you speak LallianSe ? with Sandrine, we now offer you to listen to the winner of the second #prize, Axelle Pierre-Joseph, stomatherapist nurse at Pitié-Salpêtrière for the REVAP STOMIE project. This is a #virtualreality (#VR) teaching tool for student nurses to improve #ostomy care. Bravo Axelle, #LallianSe is happy with these 6 months of support too!

Check out our shared #values in the latest #DoYouSpeakLallianSe?

Our commitment and the values we uphold do not stop at the hospital. The sense of entrepreneurship, the fierce desire to transform ideas into health products in an effective, sustainable way that responds to key health issues is also expressed through our speaking out.

And especially during the 2nd virtual round table organized by the #ESCP alumni community. Focused on #earlystage #investment in #deeptech healthcare startups, this roundtable brought together investors, founders and professors.

Thanks to Jianfeng Li for proposing to Julie Rachline to be part of it as #LallianSe and BrainTale CEO, alongside Benjamin JoffeFrederic JallatAdrien Gatineau and Paul Rinaudo.

The same goes for supporting causes that are dear to us. Under the aegis of the Ministère de la Santé and Prevention François BRAUN, the #colloqueFAST was held, bringing together energies to accelerate the fight against #cancers of children and adolescents.

Bringing a benefit to patients, seeking #impact and achieving it: a strong #ambition to ultimately succeed in this fight against pediatric cancers. #LallianSe is proud to contribute in its own way to this essential battle.

Thanks to ERRARD Patrick for organizing and moderating this round table “To change scale by inventing a new financing model” in which Julie Rachline was able to participate remotely, alongside Lise ALTER, Eric BASEILHAC and Michel Lauzzana.

About last months #November #December 2022

NOVEMBER

#COLLABORATION ! This is the term that symbolizes November!

Emmanuelle Deponge integrated Karla Therapeutics within LallianSe. Karla is a #biotech startup dedicated to the development of immunotherapy for neuropsychiatric diseases aiming to improve #mentalhealth.

For several months, LallianSe has been collaborating alongside Simon LOIODICE as a « Sparring Partner » : what is it? Simon talks about it better than us in the last 𝘋𝘰 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘓𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘚𝘦 ?

In fact, it was published a few days before winning the #pitch contest – in the ‘Therapeutics’ category – during #BioFIT2022 of which we were #partner.

BioFIT Event is the leading #event in Europe for technology transfer, academia-industry collaborations and early-stage innovations in the field of Life Sciences. It is also the European marketplace for seed capital and venture capital investment in Life Sciences.

It is in particular with her #BrainTaleCEO‘s cap that Julie Rachline was present. Indeed, LallianSe builds, develops and manages the equity story of BrainTale, our flagship initiative since 2016 :

– Cofounding of the company with Vincent Perlbarg, Didier Cassereau, Louis Puybasset, Damien Galanaud & Velly Lionel
– Integration and reinforcement of the team,
– Accommodation in hospital coworking,
– Management of experts and entrepreneurs in residence,
– Fundraising…

As a Health #Integrateur and equity story builder, this event was an #opportunity for future #collaborations.

#LallianSeenmouvement and keeping our thread for #collaboration :

Daphné Revol represented LallianSe in the #Jury of the #Readaptathon «Innovation & Handicap » : innovation competition organized by #SOFMER in Rennes.

The resonance with our initiatives such as the Challenge Innovation in collaboration with the GHU APHP. Sorbonne Université de l’AP-HP & the 1st Par’Innov Challenge with the GHU APHP. Nord Université Paris Cité, or the #STEPtember with the Fondation Paralysie Cérébrale was such that we could only accept!

Our hospital #immersion allows us to understand medical needs and translate them into a business project.

Congratulations to the #winners! Sophie Hameau, Rodolphe Bailly, Iris Marolleau & mathieu rietman and to all the teams.

DECEMBER

If november was symbolized by #collaboration, December was represented by #transmission :

Starting with several important interventions at the beginning of December:

At Future4Care the 5th Annual PLCF #Biotechs & #Pharma Conference entitled Cross-views on the financing of health innovation. On this occasion, two interactive round tables were organized, including a unique #panel of speakers including Julie Rachline.

On the occasion of the JP Morgan Week, the world’s leading hub for #investissements in #health, Business France Healthcare – North America organized a preparation #masterclass ahead of the event and invited us to speak.

It was alongside Patrick Tricoli, #CEONanobiotix US, a historic customer of #LallianSe, that Julie Rachline had the pleasure of intervening in order to transmit the Feedbacks & tips to prepare for the JPM Conference.

This #partnership is in line with #LallianSeEducation : sharing our #experiences, helping to open up #perspectives to build an environment conducive to the #success of health innovations.

Stay tuned for a #JPMorgan event co-organized by Business France Healthcare – North America & #LallianSe in January in San Francisco!

On the occasion of the 11th session de #training– and closing! – from the #DragonAcademy with SmiLe Incubator, Emmanuelle Deponge and Julie Rachline organized a panel of #investors. The goal ? Putting multicultural approaches between European #VCs into perspective!

Many thanks to Alexander Demoulin, Bruno Montanari and Simon Turner for sharing their views and engaging with the Swedish audience.

We like to transmit, but we also like to integrate our network in this desire for transmission, through two initiatives made in LallianSe.

The first through the Embûche de l’Innovation #2 and Surge experience sharing. For 11 months, Julie Rachline & Daphné Revol have been supporting « Sparring Partner » leaders. It is therefore with great enthusiasm that we wanted to leave them the stage so that they transmit – in hybrid format! – their paths to #success. Find the podcast here!

In accordance with our #values, and through our #atypical approach, LallianSe took the initiative to stimulate a privileged dialogue with Gérard Garouste, one of the most important contemporary painters, by organizing an exclusive and unique event: an intimate meeting and a visit to his retrospective at the Centre Pompidou.

Transmission, perseverance, resilience et ambition – qualities and values highlighted by Gérard Garouste, which are perfectly reflected in our daily lives as entrepreneurs, researchers and other players in the world of healthcare innovation.

Thanks to Gérard Garouste and the #AssociationLaSource for this suspended moment and these nods to our #Embûches de l’Innovation, beyond being an essential source of inspiration for an enthusiastic future.

Find the photos in the dedicated article.

2023 : here we come !

LallianSe continues to renew and innovate! And for that, we need your opinion in order to offer you quality #interactions, at the height of our #expertise and the excellence of our #network.

We have put a #questionnaire online which aims to better understand you and put 2023 into perspective with agility.

It will only take you a few minutes, all views are welcome: https://forms.office.com/e/5JKUi8n6Xh.

#2022 is ending, it’s time to look to the future and plan.

But also to say thank you ! #Thank you for these #synergies, these exchanges, and these projects, always more inspiring, attractive and motivating.

Thanks to you, a virtuous circle is being built, and this is the greatest reward for us.
